The objective of this project was to create a seamless, easy-to-navigate website for American Airlines Vacation (AAV) that inspires consumers and travel agents to book. Redesign has increased marketing revenue and gradually increased traffic to the newly redesigned desktop AND mobile site.

Our team increased the scope to include:

  • Full-site rearchitect and redesign (not including Switchfly/booking path pages)
  • Mobile-friendly and conform to A11Y standards
  • CMS templates for all content to provide sustainability and governance for small AAV team to manage
  • URL mapping / standard, search engine optimization (SEO) requirements, SEO and content training sessions
